Went to Curry's to get an external hard drive to back up my pictures of Route 66. Took the long way home & time to compare the Mog to the Mustang we rented in the US. The Mog I am glad to say still delivers on the smiles.

After fighting a bad cold for several weeks I finally had to go to church.
Actually I drove there. 200km twisty roads in each direction.
A nice excuse for a Moggy tour to visit the pilgrimage church of Mariazell.

A pilgrimage indeed Hannes, and with some lovely curving roads. Yesterday also saw G and me on our annual quest for peace and a plentiful harvest i.e. the spring trip to the holy grail of garden centres, Praskac near Tulln. The Morgan was stuffed full of pots, soil and plants for the lovely drive through the Wienerwald.

Just got back from Snowdonia! Drove up late Saturday mostly motorway, arriving after dark. Couple of days and nights with good friends then drove home today non-motorway. A49 is a beautiful road. Then across the Cotswolds to home. Waved to a red trad with an old style hood somewhere near the Cotswolds. Great two journeys. Ears ringing now!

Great photos Hannes

An unexpectedly beautiful and warm bank holiday Monday here in the NW so Mrs S and I went out over to Fence near Barrowford for lunch in the Mog

Surprisingly quiet roads - didn't see another car of interest and the pub was quiet as well so I don't know where everyone has been for the day

You weren't staying at a hotel near The Horseshoe Pass were you? We drive down from there yesterday on the way home and saw several Morgans parked up.

Lovely trip out to Overbeck's National Trust property and gardens at Salcombe.
https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/overbecks

One red Roadster parked up in Cliff Road, E-type seen en-route and a big green Healey on the Embankment at Kingsbridge on the way back.

Fabulous weather today after the last two rainy days.

p.s. If you go park on the approach road, they want £8 for non-members parking of which there are only about 8 spaces.

That was a few of us Fellmoggers having an excellent few days pottering around N. Wales.

You should have called in.
