My +4 TR engine was originally black. When rebuilt I painted it Blue. I did not like Black because, it got lost in the engine compartment, so I painted it Blue so I could see the engine and check it out.

Black would be lost in my engine compartment also, and red looks great with the green (but Christmasy) so I am not complaining, just curious.
