A new member from either the S of France or the UAE, actually both but not at the same time.
Hopefully just in the process of buying a 1967 Morgan 4/4 (Series V), LHD from the States. So finally realising my dream, of owning a Moggie, its taken me 23yrs! Hoping that I'm do the right thing, especially as I have the backing of a very understanding wife.
Any advice for the new boy would be most welcome.

Welcome from a '68 Series V 4/4 owner. They're a great car and you will have much enjoyment from it. Not much advice to offer except use it regularly and keep those kingpins greased. Mine will eventually migrate to the south of France when we move there in a couple of years so maybe we'll bump into each other. Figuratively speaking...

Hello Sunshine! Welcome, 23 years is a long time to wait for the dream to be realized. Now hopefully, all of your fondest expectations for the car will be exceeded. Interesting that your car is leaving North America, care to share a few details of it's provenance? Looking forward to your posting photos when you have the opportunity. All 4/4s are delightful but in my view series V and late '60s-early '70s examples are the sweetest to own and drive......I am unashamedly biased! Owning a Morgan and being married to an understanding woman, life surely cannot get any better. CHEERS

Thank you for your welcomes and advice.
A little touch and go on purchase, not easy doing it in the States especially if one can not travel across. Not an abundance of LHD Morgans in Europe of that vintage and quite a few states side. Looks in a good condition and reported a good runner..... we will wait and see. Although rather excited, like a child!
Regards, Stephen
