How do you guys secure them to the car? I tried a camera mounted on a sucker to the windscreen, but I couldn't get a stable picture as the windscreen vibrated too much.

Mine fits on the screen, which doesn't vibrate. The problem I have is wind noise.

This was my first film Posted on TM a long time ago.

I've been using a Mobius camera in my daily driver for the last two years. I've installed it behind the rear view mirror in a fit a forgot manor. It's been excellent to date.

I've not got around to installing one in the Morgan as I can't think of a suitable discrete fit and forget solution....

This is one, it's about the size of a small matchbox:

How frequently do you lot have accidents that you are gearing up for them full time?

My worry would be that the evidence thing works both ways - the camera is evidence of speeding for plod to use. So a brake lights fails, you get pulled over and plod says " we'll have a look through that" " Aha- 55 in a 50 limit!"

Don't get one which captures gps or speed data.

I agree though, I've thought the same about mine and would be keen for it to go missing under the wrong circumstances. cop

I've played around with one but the wiring is a pain so I don't bother.

I think that Kia (?) provide one fitted in at least one of their cars now.

For the trip I bought two different models.

GoPro Session 4 which is the smaller and simpler version from them. The iOS application is good and it is compact and well made. Expensive.

Camkong Sport Camera £40 on Amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/CAMKONG-Underwa...=cm_rdp_product
This was a good package and worked well. Slightly larger and not as well made but works fine. iOS application a bit naff but it works and has a carcam mode.

I used a cheap suction camera mount and stuck it behind the mirror on the windscreen. https://www.amazon.co.uk/BestDealUK-Suct...on+camera+mount

This is the output from the road out of Positano - sound down is best if you don't like fruity language at some points ! https://youtu.be/lRCkzokNk9Y

Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

Don't have GPS on mine.
But, when I was run into from behind last February, footage proved that I was stationary when hit. I offered it to my insurance company when the offending party's insurance weren't going to pay up. Just the fact that I had footage changed their minds...

Which one did you use for that film clip?
