Some of you will recollect our conversations about this form of transport on the Albert Ball run.

Tim

Dear fellow M3Wers
Afraid I am going over to the dark side of a 4/4 four seater. Myself and the children (?) have had tremendous fun with Thumper. Unfortunately, it has not been possible for Mrs W to get in and out as the knee operations that she had failed last autumn with the loss of stability in her R leg and major problems in the L. This has not got any better and so the M3W has been a bit of a selfish pleasure.

So I have just placed a deposit on a second hand 4/4 four wheeler (see the classic Morgans forum). Change over should be the end of the month and Thumper is going to a good home, a friend of mine of 50 years standing.

Dare say our paths will cross at MOG events and I look forward to seeing how the M3W develops.

Tim

Sorry to see you go Tim but do stay in touch.

I assume you'll point your friend at TM.

Happy 4/4 motoring to you and Mrs W

Chris

It's been fun Tim - it'll be different seeing 'Thumper' with another.

Enjoy morganeering with an extra wheel.

Great meeting you in France earlier this year on the Albert Ball run and good luck with the 4/4.
