Picked up mine from Millers commercial today following service and MOT. As always a really professional service. The 150+miles in the rain was less pleasant. Poor car, it is a little moist.

Picked up mine today from the mechanic, hood was down when I left it so I had planned to drive it back in the same state. As it was sheeting down, got pretty drenched putting up the hood and then took the long way home so that the heater dried me off! happy3

Picked the car up from MMC yesterday as it had been in for some remedial work, not Morgan issues, and drove home with car performing perfectly! Did a liittle over 100 miles early this morning - speedo just passing 12000 miles and then washed it ready for the start of our Italian trip tomorrow.

With high temperatures forecast all the way, good that the aircon service and gas top-up means it is working perfectly - we may need it... 😎🇮🇹

Elder son (22 at the end of the month) came over for lunch - he's seen photos, and suffered my endless description of the car.
He hadn't seen the Aero in the flesh, so we went for a run.

Notwithstanding the niggles (roof & air con, which now have their own posts) it's huge fun to see the Aero through fresh eyes.
The sound.
How it looks.
The reaction of drivers & passengers when you drive past - smiling, waving, shouting (they're english, they shouldn't shout out loud in public!) and jaws dropped open B-)
And then there's the acceleration.

Safe to say, the boy was wowed.
Which made my (father's) day
love

Will

Thanks, but we already know it Alistair! We're not going there as we have another meeting in Milan, but Luigi (Borghi) will be at the MCS meeting at Stresa... wink
