What from this Android/disposable generation will make it to this level of respect in 100 years time, guesses on a postcard. I don't mean there is nothing that will make it. I ask it as a question to see what other members of the forum see as modern classics. Where is the exemplar of the future.
I will start with one company Theo Fennell. A London based jeweler that makes some whacky stuff with great detail and style. Not to a lot of peoples tastes but a great example of a dedication to unique creation.
A great deal will make it. Is a 747 for example, any less of an achievement than that piece of furniture? What about some modern films and music? For that matter what about some modern software - Linux for example. Achievemnts arent only things you can stub your toe on. A 275 GTB is as much a thin of beauty and an artistic creation as that cabinet.
