Helmet in Italy: correct but many policeman didn't know it and not only them
Motorbike license needed: Not 100% correct, because M3W is a L5E category and you can drive it with B license if you are older than 21 years old and only in Italian territory ( art 125 CDS comma 2 letter H )
I stand corrected on the licence. It was published in 2013 but this applies only in Italy, other countries may have different rules as it is specified that this rule is only valid in Italian territory.
In that case a four wheel Morgan also need to wear a helmet ??
It has no roof and no roll bars.
The rules were made for 3 wheelers. Perhaps this is because they did not take into consideration the better stability of a reverse trike as against a trike with a single front wheel.
