I think Cheshire David is correct, I just looked up a Mk 1 Ford Transit switch and it is very similar, if not the same - save for the crank bend in the stalk -think my one may have been badly bent to suit Moto Lita steering wheel!

The OE Morgan fit put a bend in the stalk.
I managed to align the replacement to fit without needing to bend the stalk, however, that was with an original Morgan steering wheel...
Again still talking '76 4/4, but very likely same as your +8.

John, I'm happy to take a photo of the two switches that I have - one in situ, the other not in situ. I'd rather email them to you than faff and reduce the image size and post them here. Just let me know if you need them.
I did see a couple at the Weston Park car show autojumble at Easter so they are around if you look. Perhaps next time I see one, I should just buy it but I already have a number of spare parts and loath to add more!
And yes, Graham, these indicator stalks are contemporary to both 4/4s and +8s of the same era except I believe for the earliest pre-1970 4/4 1600s

The illustration is for a 1997 onwards Morgan. The combined indicator / main beam head lamp flash / horn was, if my memory serves me well, is a Lucas item from a contempory Ford Transit. It is but with an all important bend required to clear the dashboard. Be careful when bending it as they can snap!
