Congratulations Steve. A fantastic looking car. Naturally I approve of some of the options fitted smile

I'm quite jealous but the additional tax (and insurance) costs here, similar to Ireland, are enough to block any possible move for me.

Enjoy your new toy drive

Will we see you at Caramulo this year? flag

well if the 4/4 interior is anything like it was on the caramulo trip you might need to push back the roadster collection a bit hide

Congratulations Steve, a really super and under-estimated car imho. Great spec, though it doesn't say what the rear shockers are, AVO's really improved my car. As our American friends say, you can't beat cubic inches! It also must be the bargain of the year too with a price of £0! hide

I saw my old Brooklands when I dropped off the McLaren at the Detailer's, the current owner came across one of his invoices in the file that I handed over with the car and had decided to have the bonnet professionally polished and then the whole car wrapped in PPF! Nice to see that it is being well cared for. thumbs

Enjoy, as I'm sure you will... drive

Steve...brilliant move. Great car.
we enjoyed Aldermog massively.

BUT...

In 2 years time you will be in a Plus 8.

Power corrupts and the corruption has already started.

Enjoy the summer!!

I can second that!

Steve, I think I know how you feel, I drove my dad's 2014 +4 last weekend, and it was beautiful to drive, looks fantastic, and it was nice to be able to drive a car really hard without doing stupid speeds, but like you, I personally feel they need a bit more "umph" and a nicer exhaust note, so it would have niggled me to!

Why not have them all? hide

( i currently run both a 4/4 Anniversary and a 3,7 - both are really marvellous machines & a WHOLE lot of fun, each in it´s own!)

It doesn´t matter how fast it becomes, but how it becomes fast. laugh2

That is a great decision Steve, and one I am sure you will never regret. You've come a long way from the Three Wheeler in your Morgan journey and there is further to go yet! In my opinion, you can never have enough power, it's just a matter of knowing how to deploy it and that is the fun bit.

I look forward to admiring it at some stage.

I knew on the trip to Caramulo that I'd put the idea of more cubes....and cylinders...into your mind 😈 Wasn't too difficult!

But now you have 0.7 litres more than me.......bugga! Mind you, you'll be so busy admiring your reflection in your bonnets that I'll be long gone. Can't wait for our Wild Mogs to the Man trip!
