Another lowered number plate... but on a foreign plate. Not seen that before. That looks like an older Plus 8 to me where they are normally Neil, that's where mine is.  The identifier is the older rectangular reflectors. This Grey one in Switzerland is earlier than my 1999 as the fog and reversing lamps are on the same plinth as the plate.

I wouldn't have spotted the rectangular reflectors as an age identifier, always learning.  My fog and reverse are on the same plate - but it's a new car.
