Oh it was velour, but the kids who design stuff today wouldn't recognise the '80's. The period when Brylcreem became extinct. Although one of my first bosses in the mid seventies, an ex Customs Officer with an attitude to match, lathered it on every day.


We had all moved onto Trugel by then laugh2 - the ladies weren't too keen on brylcreem all over their pillows..
