I'm here at Morgan Midatlantic now. Your car is beautiful. Rest assured... Mark is a great mechanic. He already has your windscreen installed and the fugly headlights are off. He let me hear the stage one exhaust. Sounds great. I'm thinking of having them do mine today but not sure I want the extra volume... it's noticeable to say the least. I PM'd you about sending you some pics I took. You must be psyched to say the least.

Never thought to ask, and the dealer didn't offer/mention it, but would have been nice to have done indeed! At the time I ordered it (October 2016), they were having supply issues with the factory full screen, something about the coating they were applying during the manufacturing process causing issues I believe. Also, the Fairbourne seemed a bit wider or larger, and came highly recommended. Plus, I can always re-install the small ones later if I want

Subsequently, I see the factory screen has blacked-out (smoked) areas around the lower edges, the look of which I'm not crazy about on the M3W. It just seems out of character and unnecessary on a free-standing screen.

I found they do mellow with the miles. Mine were very harsh when first fitted but the difference in the feel of the engine was amazing.

Mark, the mechanic at my dealer, says it's like pulling up an anchor.

Ken appreciate the pics you sent of my Morgan. Btw if you have a pic of the engine change you mentioned or the offending part would appreciate seeing what part got changed.

The engine change? Are you talking about something I said in a different thread ... about only the bright package being available for US export? Bright package means chromed.

Not surprisingly, it's not done yet, mechanic has to leave early Friday, so it will be next week, Monday or Tuesday. Argh...
