Why is everything soooooooo far from Leeds.

June is National Dairy Month it started out as National Milk Month in 1937.

So early this morning I turned the M3W due south and headed down to Pearl Valley Cheese to celebrate National Dairy Month! I cruised on St. Rt. 93 a very winding road with many large glacier rocks on each side of the road. The M3W just loved the cool misty morning air running about 50 mph in 4th gear at about 3500 rpm. I remember several small cheese houses still using these copper kettles not that long ago. Most are now used for flower gardens.

A little concerned the MMC stage 1 pipes would get through the noise test, having seen a similar car with silencing extensions couple of weeks previously. Conversation with man holding the stick:
"Guess this revs to six grand"
Me: err no nothing like, it's a lumpy old V twin
"Ok take it to 3500 for test then"
Gently ease it up trying not to blip the throttle.
"That'll do - where do you want the sticker"
