I guess the main cost is going to be labour: not sure if both wings have to come off, or just one.
, a belt is £50 or so from BMW, the tensioner and idler wheels are reasonable prices. Only if it is the water pump, alternator or A/C compressor does it get really costly as Tom says that the belt and at 32k miles the tensioner should be replaced anyway, not re-used.

Just fit an alternator to my series 1 not a bad job as long as you do not need to fully remove the bottom shock absorber Bol though hopefully Morgan have simplified changing shock absorbers by now
PS bottom shock absorber mount may be something Sifab May want to re design
