I would take issue with three comments:
"The basic Runabout". This is not a current model.
"The steering column doesn't adjust for rake". I can see the adjuster on the photo.............
"Unservoed brake pedal". Really? That one is news to me.
But actually a well balanced review, and the comments are interesting but entirely predictable, given its Pistonheads.

And, if we are being really anal, the engine is a Sigma not a Duratec, is it not?
But, who cares, the journo, 'got' it and that's what matters.

Indeed, Paul, although Ford are very loose in how they describe the Zetec/Duratec family of engines, and in some quarters the name Sigma doesn't seem to appear.
He also mentioned a floor hinged throttle pedal............... Again, that's news to me. I would have thought 4/4's had bulkhead mounted hanging throttles now, like the Plus 4.

I thought it okay but would take issue with the constant adjustment of steering as I don't notice that.

Proberbly set up A about T. Mine had toe out instead of toe in when I got it new. Made keeping it in a straight line entertaining.

Its all about mindset ! Default setting for a car to many is A to B car that should be reasonably fast and totally Japanese in its construction . Morgan 4/4 is sensury in every way which 90% of cars aren't.

If there was low mileage on the test car, the kingpins would be stiff, and so it would need correction.
