I've sussed it! Top left is the vehicle Inertia switch warning and the top right is a seat belt warning light I shone a bright torch on the warning lights and you can see the unlit pattern

Thank you to everyone, and to Stewart in particular, for your help/advice and knowledge.
Now I know.
I have been able to source replacements for the damaged units from Melvyn R - should be arriving in the post within the next couple of days.
The lights above are just like "Madge's"

The replacement bits arrived from Mel R and now "Madge" is back to her pristine self. What next I wonder.....!
