Cannot beat Aldi for air compressors and air tools and log splitters !
We have a lot of flats in Rhyl with log fires !

Aldi's own-brand Oliver Cromwell London Dry Gin is remarkably good, and excellent value.
However, my Irish ancestry makes it hard for me to like a Gin named after a genocidal war criminal.

I have started to shop at Aldi/Lidl because I am fed up with our local Morrison's attitude to clear pricing. Some articles are not priced and the shelf labelling is all over the place. I can assure you that in Taunton, Lidl is no better.

Aldi are good, but to get to it I have to spend 20 min driving to the other side of Salisbury, which rather negates any real benefit.
Lidel is across from Tesco, both are the closest to us of all the options.
M&S is inside the city, so no free parking, they we ignore, likewise Sainsburys.
No Coop, that leaves us with Waitrose: also across town but free parking and Coffee.
So, a mix of Waitrose, Lidel and Tesco.
BUT meat we buy from a traditional butchers, fish from a fishmonger and bread I bake. Eggs from a friend who has 17 chickens, a bit too many for a family of 5...
This time of year potatoes, beans, cucumbers, lettuce, courgettes and very soon tomatoes from the garden.
Grow your own, make your own and support local farmers wherever possible. To hell with big stores who screw the suppliers until the pips squeak, and then further.

Used to use my local farm shop Peter, but unfortunately it has closed - probably making way for another meadow full of new housing

Mostly Co op , Morrissons , Tesco here with Lidl/Aldi 40 mins and Waitrose 1 hr away so easier to shop online which works v well !
