I've just deleted my albums and closed my account.
When I get time I will update my most important 'How To' posts, but it will take time.

I've just deleted all my pics on Photobucket and closed my account. Well, it holds it open until the 5th so I'm expecting some emails.. But no. Stuff 'em. Just deleted all my photos too but can't find the close account option! John just click settings on the drop down (the same one you log off with) - next page click on account extreme RHD tab - near the bottom of the page is close account option. No option on mine. May be its different on something other than an iPhone?

This topic: The Talk Morgan Guide to Sharing Photos Online can be unpinned from the Welcome forum, in fact it might as well be deleted altogether. I haven't closed my Photobuket account as I reasoned it's no disadvantage to me for my pictures to take up resources on their server. However I might do so if only to get rid of the message that is displayed in place of each image. ~iw

I've now had the "invitation" to upgrade my photo bucket account.
It seems paradoxical that the reason they give is that they've noticed I'm using the site to host pictures for a 3rd party site when their software provides the link for posting the photo on forums etc.

John go to the log in page, at the top just to the left of the drop down for PLANS you will see a Head that is the drop down that takes you to settings. Just deleted my account.
