Setting off tomorrow on a European trip is Belgium petrol any cheaper than the UK, then which is the better price Germany or Italy. Thanks in advance.

Fill in Luxembourg if possible as its usually the cheapest fuel in Europe -
Germany is usually cheaper than Italy and around the same as the U.K now with the pound as it is.

I think Belgian petrol is a bit cheaper then the UK. As in the UK prices vary (around € 1.25 I guess)
Correct Mark H Luxemburg is the cheapest. Don't know about Germany nor Italy.

Call me old fashioned.
I just put petrol in wherever the car needs topping up. I do the same, Pandy. Got stung the other day though, at Hopwood Park, M42- £1.349 a litre of unleaded Shell. Paid about the same in Zandvoort yesterday.

Have a look there: http://www.globalpetrolprices.com/gasoline_prices/Europe/2 Tips for Austria: Prices fluctuate during the day. At 12:00 a.m. the prices are slightly increased and then fall to 12:00 a.m. the next day. Fuel is more expensive on motorways than on federal roads.
