Last time we did accommodate the OxMog 40th Anniversary weekend with a special area. While some of their group chose to go into the Great Court they did have a good time around their gazebo and Cake.
Others just arrived together unplanned and then planted their banners.
Next year, because we have linked with the MOG 18, we have no idea what our final bookings total is going to be. We have been given permission to extend our display area to over 600 cars if we need it and to move and grow the Trades Display if the MOG Trades all wanted to move to Blenheim on the Sunday ( some already do )
To this end we are considering offering the sides of the Main Drive (200 cars ) for Club Centres to set up with banners much as they did on the drive at MOG 16 Horwood House.
This is not a decision yet as it would only be required if bookings grow to over last times 400. What we do know is that we cannot introduce any disrupting parking activities around last years areas.
We need to grow our Parking Team to 18 and open the site an hour earlier to try and avoid the entry chaos of last year.
More news about all of this later as bookings develop.

Dear Talk Morgan Friends,
Just by way of an update for anyone interested in going who has not yet booked.
We have already passed the 2016 400 Bookings Level with five months still to go. We also have almost double the numbers booked for the Trades area.
Interestingly only 140 of those Morgans booked so far came to Blenheim Palace last time.
I am wondering if this could just be the effect of working with MSCC to make a credible MOG18 Weekend with the collective costs now being too high for many to attend all three days?
We have been given permission to extend the Display areas to in excess of 700 places if everyone from last year does book, which would be fantastic for our Support of Combat Stress.
