Does anyone know the size of the oil pressure line fittings? Are they 1/8" NPT?
I'm looking fit a more accurate gauge under the bonnet close to the the dash gauge/lubrication manifold

It's just a guess but given the age of your plus 4 I would say it may be 1/8th BSP. Very similar thread form to NPT but there is a difference.

Nev is probably right, at least all the BMC range of that era had 1/8 BSP switches so quite likely Morgan used same.
