I hope somebody in Talk Morgan world can help me acquire one or preferably two Cipa Door Mirror gaskets the same as the one in the picture below, which I think is made of silicon rubber with holes pitched at 3 3/4". I have tried Mr Rutter, even suppliers of Cipa mirrors in the States, but to no avail. Surely these gaskets can't be that scarce as I am sure the type of mounting foot has been used on numerous cars of other marques in the 80's and 90's I would be happy with new or second hand, one or two, anything!

Why dont you get hold of some 1mm or thicker rubber and make your own . Just made my own to put under certain things fitted on the mog . Shame you are not up North as there is a firm a kick in the ass away that does all that stuff and more.

Or change to the stainless steel base and get new gaskets with them....
