Mine reminds my of my 1951 Ford right before the gear exploded. But only when hot. Has anyone tried nano borate additives?

2013, has been a little noisy around 55-60 but not deafening.
This year ie. Saturday on the way to Curborugh silent at all speeds.
If it wasn't for forward motion I would have thought it had fallen off.
All I have done over the winter is flushed it out and changed the oil as per.

It could be because the ambient temperature was so cold, keeping the oil temp down ?

I considered that. I’m 65 with tinnitus from 51 years of motorcycling. But the head wrench at Morgan Midatlantic says it’s the quietest one he’s ever heard.
