Sorry, more bad news, it has been blue skies wall to wall for the last 2 days in County Down, also looks good for the weekend with the Morganeers on the Fermanagh Lakes. I'm sure it will improve for you soon.

Sown in "sunny" Salisbury more than 50mm in the last 7 days.
The only totally dry days were 5th and 6th: since then non stop rain.
The forecast says Thursday to Saturday will be dry....
I'm not holding my breath!

Interestingly Swansea was founded around 1000AD as Svein's Oy, a Viking trading post on the Tawe. Some would say that it hasnt changed much and Saturday night in the centre is true Viking rape and pillage. Anyway the point is that there is an older version of Sospan Fach in Norway called "folketone fra Hornindal".

Dry and mainly sunny all day here yesterday, but severe storms & flooding just a few miles away. The pub we went to in Chartham today, just outside Canterbury, had to throw all it's carpets out!
Dry and sunny in Canterbury this morning, but P*****g it down by the time we got home.
Totally unpredictable!
