David, I couldn't believe it when I clicked onto your link and up came Richards site. What a damn nice chap he is. He came over to our place when I bought my "E" Type from him. Good luck to you with the new beast.

Good to know Reg - he does sound a nice chap on the phone. I'm placing a lot of trust him in - buying it unseen - can't be bothered trailing down to Grays.

David,
He is a true Gent in the old sense, you will know from his site the value of the cars he deals in. His site in Grays is in an industrial estate and you would never find it without an appointment. Getting in is like Ft.Knox but when you do get in it's like being Howard Carter in Egypt. There was a TV programme about him last year when he bought a complete collection for around £9 million and sold them on for around £11 million on the phone. He also always has a huge presence at all the major classic car shows.
Here for a good time not a long time!! Reg

Met him at a coffee morning at The Warren a few months ago. He told he was going to the factory to pick up his Aero the next week. I've an idea he bought it just to do the trip to The south of France in style! My wife's cousin own the factory next to his, says he's a top bloke. Simon

That's a great car, Clipper, congratulations!
And a very interesting site. I see there's a 1993 AM Virage available for EU110k. I was offered one of those about 10 years ago for GBP 35k, and didn't go for it - mainly because I didn't have the spare cash.
On that basis I suppose I ought to buy the DB7 - trouble is, I've still got the same problem.

Just been looking Tim including "cars sold 2017" - looks like a DB6 sold just after the Aero.
How much is a Bentley Blue Train and a D type? - not seeing the word replica or recreation.
