Hi all. My new Morgan is now - after being delayed by a couple of weeks - beginning to take shape. Mark L. from the factory has the kindness to provide me with this "spy shot" - taken with his phone (hence the bad quality). We had some discussion regarding the color I had choosen. Now, this is Mercedes DB460 "dark red brown". How will it finally look like when finished?   I'm still very excited about the color - although brown seems to be the new white on cars this year. 9 out of 10 new BMW X1 appear to be sprayed in some sort of fancy brown metallic paint. I'd give my right arm for some more pictures - especially when the wings are mounted. Anyone visiting the factory these days? Cheers, Marian

Don't ponder on your colour choice - It looks stunning so far. It will be like a new butterfly, when the wings open up, you will see the true beauty unfold.

Hi Guys,
thanks for the comments so far. The brown one photographed on the 5th. is not mine - I wish it were, as it's almost being completed.
However, I'm not overly enthusiastic about the new round rear reflectors - might need some fettling once it rests in my garage.

It might look even better by then:   Untill now the combination of "burnt orange" and "loom" colored leather AND the custom ordered Mercedes carpet material was only existing in my head. So glad it looks that good.
