Even with "professional storage" it will still need recommissioning, new boots for certain, possibly all fluids changed and I'd be suspicious of all the rubber hoses.

If unregistered when registered what is it, a 2008 car or a 2018 car?

I'll buy a lottery ticket, just for fun. Should I win and buy it it will NOT go into storage again, that much is certain. As has been said, unused collections are just wrong. Jay Leno has the right idea.

Hmm, I wonder if there is an argument for founding the SPCCC ... the Society for the Protection of Classic Cars?

I've always thought that this sort of car ownership is akin to having a beautiful girlfriend, but not sleeping with her so that she remains pure for her next boyfriend.

I agree, I just don't understand people who own beautiful things, but want to keep them locked away. But the art world is full of such "collectors".

There are two Morgan Aeromax for sale here in Belgium at Garage Albert, the Belgian Morgan importer (www.morgan-belgium.com).
They've been on display since over a year, I think.
No wonder, when you see the asking price (€225K & €235K)...
What would be th market value of an Aeromax? €150K-180K?

I think you suffer from Tax on the sale of second hand cars in Belgium ? This distorts it slightly when I have looked during my travels.

I think it is fair to say a good condition Max should be around £100k ? It will depend on the interest more than anything. Someone needs to have seen one and enjoyed it so much they go looking.
