Salute,
did someone heard / saw modifications on the Trads entered in production this week or so?
Thanks.

Phillipe,

The only modification I am aware of is to the Roadster.

The Roadster is now on version 3 of the engine. The first being the V6 from the European Ford Mondeo ST220, the 2nd from the North American only Ford Escape and the latest (introduced at the time of the Morgan Roadster Sport) is a modified Ford Escape engine (with more power and set up to meet Euro 5 legislation. As Ford have no intention to use this engine in Europe, MMC have undertaken the work to bring the V6 in line. It now has more power than the previous engine and lower emissions).

The width of the front frame of the Roadster Sport has also been increased by 1 inch.

Those are the most notable changes (there have been some minor cosmetic ones, such as the start button on the RS and revised fog/reverse light panel)

Cheers,

I don't like change for changes sake on a Trad and I don't like the round reflectors - Trad should = Trad, shouldn't it?

they look better in 'the metal' than in photos, I like the slim under wing reflectors fitted to last years 4/4 Sports but they aren't legal at 300mm height from road, min is 350mm

Thanks for the info.
I prefer the round reflectors as they fits better with both lamps ...
And the reverse fog lights are much well integrated now.
Trads are trads yes for sure but a light evolution is not bad !!!
The only trouble I can find is when people want to put the registration plate down, now they can't ...

BTW I forgot to mention that I have ordered a +4 and I received a message from Morgan France saying that it is entering in production this week.

Congrats to your decision and welcome aboard. This time I will volunteer to take photos of your car. If everything goes according to the plan, my car shall be ready for pick up the last week of July.

BTW: I agree with DaveW - I don't like the round reflectors either and might retrofit the quare ones.

Thanks Marian for the offer, it's very kind and I appreciate as I'm a bit far from Malvern ;-)
Do you go and pick up you car directly at the factory?
