when driving my morgan mostly with the roof off, after using my indicators they dont always turn off,and my wife has to prod me to switch them off ,is there a simple solution to this problem, such as an audible sound and would it be easy to fit ,any advice would be appreciated They do flash on the dashboard but with the sunny weather they are not easily seen , and i am fed up of being prodded .

There are a few memory joggers around & Google is your friend here, but I worry about drivers who repeatedly forget their driving routines..

car builder solutions sell a ready made kit here -

https://www.carbuildersolutions.com/de/black-indicator-buzzer-with-diodes

or you can buy a buzzer from e.g. Maplins or eBay and a couple of diodes and make your own up fairly easily.

I have similar in my Aero and it works well.... thumbs

I had the same problem, except mine NEVER turned off. Bought a couple of buzzers and fitted them myself, problem solved for a few quid.

This is really easy to do with a piezo buzzer.

I'm with you Sarnia

I have a shallow left turn which is the third turn out of my village where the indicator doesn't always return off

Gets me nearly every time especially in the bright weather with my music on as I'm treating my village to some top jazz ( I must be annoying as hell,....if hell fire damnation can be described as 'annoying' )

So I find myself indicating left for the next half a mile or so until my next turn

A buzzer, louder click or a warning light higher up would be a good prompt

I fixed the indicator warning light with my custom dash. The two upper warning lights are the left and right indicators. The lower pair are parking lights and high beam. The small one in the middle is the immobiliser light.
