Took your advice RIchard and visited Falaise this afternoon. We both really enjoyed it and the audio/visual show is really well done.

We were surprised to see how many empty shops in Bayeaux too with most of the shops offering Sale goods at the height of the season. Our favourite charcutier/traiteur has closed down, including many others in the city and it seems bolangerie's too. frown

What are we going to eat on the Speedcat on the way home? I'm sure we'll find a replacement supplier, but we had our preferences based on previous visits; after Le Mans events. flag

Brian, how do you like the new exhaust sound? I still favour the Librand Quads for sound quality over the stock side pipes but with just 2 days driving with the supersports sports system I'm hooked. I think they have the edge over the Quads.

They combine that much deeper rumble of the Quads with the great offset sound from the side pipes!

They look much better than the stock supersports side exits as well!

Ian, have you had them fitted on your Aero? If so you've beaten a few people on TM to it! Can we see some photos? camera

I do prefer them to the single side exits, much deeper in sound and I do like the way they pop and bang on the over-run. woohoo What do you think to them?

Yes I have the system on the Aero.

The pictures are poor, just taken hem now on phone but will do some better ones sometime. Spot what other mod's done as well!

Brian,

Yes, I prefer the sound over the stock. Have you had the airbox modified as well? Had mine done at the same time to give the system some more air and the two mods combined make a real nice difference.

I feel that the deeper sound is much more comfortable on the ear on long trips as well compared to the stock system.

Hi Robbie,
Thanks, it was nice to meet you finally. We still planning a visit to the Emerald Isle later this year so who knows, we may meet again then. cheers

Sláinte, that's just about all I remember of my Gaelic!
