I managed to track down a copy to read.
The information provided on the Aero Chassis cars seems a bit confused.

Morgan Aero 8 Produced 2001 to 2010, no production volume given. So it seems they overlooked the S5...

Aeromax Produced 2008 to 2009, 117 built

Supersports not mentioned at all

Aero Plus 8 Produced 2012 to 2017, 122 built.

Speedster not mentioned.

If the Plus 8 figures include Speedster then the Plus 8 is almost as rare as the Aeromax!!

Does anyone have the real figures for Aero 8 production S1 to S5?

I was also a bit confused by this article which I am in the process of ploughing through. Where does the figure of 117 Aeromax's come from? The article thanks Morgan but surely it was not from them. I thought they had only built 1/2 over the original 100 planned when the model went into production. Also as Peter says why no mention of the Supersports?
Poor journalistic research from a magazine that seeks to pride itself on accuracy!!

I doubt there is any other possible source of the data but MMC.

Ian, if you'd like to draft the letter for me I'll write to them.....as an Aero Plus 8 owner!

'My Publisher' insisted on production data for the Trads.
MMC don't have it in an easily recoverable format. You would have to trawl through the build books.
It could be done but it would take a big investment of time.

Anything on the Internet is a guess, and so journalists are in trouble.

I've made an attempt at trad numbers but with a caveat-fest and lots of rounding and assumptions. That's as good as it can be without hours of research at the factory.
