We came back up from Cornwall today. The sun was out as we left but it soon clouded up and it was mist and mizzle most of the way. Those Cornish lanes are just mudbaths after a shower, so I've just spent a couple of hours cleaning under the Golf......

Yes, not far but I did drive the Series 1 DHC. Damn, today this is the best Morgan I have.

Cheers,

I spent a fair proportion of the afternoon cleaning some very persistent cow muck off the 4/4.
The underside of the car was well splattered.
If anyone is thinking of visiting the Riverford Field Kitchen near Dartington, be warned; because whilst the food is fresh, wholesome and home grown, the last mile there is along a lane that is awash with the stuff, even by Devon standards.

So, only a short drive today and that was to dry the brakes before putting Stanley back in the garage.

Glad you had a good lunch there Simon - the cow pat is akin to Araldite to remove.
A friend of mine has a Caterham and you soon learn to keep your elbows tucked in.

Richard. Not sure that I would go there again. Food was OK, service poor. I think the place is over promoted.
Much prefer the Anchor Stone Cafe at Dittisham.
eat

And Graham. Either a 90,110 or a tractor!

It would be really Graham but those Caterham's make me feel like I'm losing weight, well you do feel like your rear end is getting worn away anyway grin2..

We must try that sometime Simon, like the Riverford they are a bit too close to home. The Start Bay Inn is a local favourite of ours but we are very keen on fresh fish.
