I am no expert on this engine (Rover T16) but according to a couple of minutes of research 136 hp (CV) and 101 kW.
That is always assuming it is totally standard.

I have been searching for a time line of Morgan production that I thought was on this site somewhere. This will confirm when the Rover engined +4 ceased production. It was introduced in the mid 80s with the Mi16 engine , which was upgraded to the T16 as the latter become obsolete.
Certainly the supply of Rover T16 engines did cease in the 1990s but I am trying to tie down the exact date. The pictorial on the MSCC "official" site suggests 1992 , but I am not sure that is correct. Perhaps others are better informed than I?

The Plus 4 T-16 engined cars ceased production in '2000'. There was a four year break before the Duratec Plus 4 was introduced.
I suspect that this may have been because the factory were concentrating on the Aero 8.
T-16 is quoted at 136bhp @ 6000rpm 187 Nm (138 lb/ft) @ 2500 rpm

Rover ceased production of the petrol T-series in late 1999 from memory (I was a Rover salesman back then). The last car to feature it was the 420 series of saloons and hatches.
The later T-series engines were terrific, these engines have a ignition pack on top as opposed to the old fashioned coil. Rover continually updated this engine as it was put into more applications (800 series, Discovery, Defender, 200/400 R8 and HH-R 400, 600 series).
Production tolerances were upped in the mid '90s when the dieselised versions emerged (known as L-series). This stopped the oil leaks which plagued the M and earlier T-series motors. I think Honda were behind this drive as the diesel appeared in their Civic and Accord range.
They should have used it in Freelander instead of the woeful 1800 K-series, but thats a different story.
EDIT; they were also used in some Russian cars.

We have a 2000 plus 4 with T16 engine, much better than the M series as there is a seperate aux belt driving the water pump unlike the M series that had the cam belt on the water pump and was a real problem!
Cylinder furthest from water pump and radiator is last to get water and therefore gets hotter.
This is not a problem if you look after the engine BUT if you dont fill the water and she overheats that last cylinder warps at the head!
Then you'll have problems!
Has anyone tried Evans Coolant any good?

Interesting stuff about the T Series from Wiki...Wiki....
The non-turbo T series engine also found its way into the short-lived and generally underpowered Land Rover Discovery 2.0i. Land Rover also fitted the same engine to a special batch of Defenders built for the Italian Carabinieri, which operated an exclusively petrol-powered vehicle fleet. A development vehicle was also built using a turbocharged version of the engine which far out performed the V8 production cars, but no room could be found for it in Land Rover's vehicle strategy.
Can you imagine a Turbo T in the +4??
I also discovered that the T was a development of the DOHC M-Series (M16), which was in turn a development of the SOHC O-Series, which in turn had its origins in the pushrod BMC B-Series engine!!

There is a Turbo T-series Morgan kicking about somewhere. I think its been through the hands of BHM.
The M-series head was a development of the Triumph 2.0 Sprint 16 design. The block was O-series/B-series.

Chas Windridge raced a blue Morgan fitted with a turbo Rover T16 and R380 'box in the early to mid 1990s. Chas was fearsomely quick in that car which was due to both the speed of the car and his ability. Occasionally, he had the legs of my Plus 8 but not on fast and dry circuits.
