I'm in Wraxall between Shepton Mallet and Yeovil

Hi James, yes it really is that simple. It’s a cracking little mod IMO and I have not found a down side yet. Just take a look at the difference the throttle plate opens in the images of my original post here . You might need the browser add-on’s to view the photobucket images. They can be found in this post.

Not far away, Glastonbury.

I drove through there the other Sunday, on my way home from Street. Much better than going up the M5!

Graham if you came up the A37 then you went past me

Rog - I will have to fire up PC to see images on your thread but have looked at pics on eBay and ford forums and it seems very weird. Will give it a go once I'm used to the car so I can appreciate the difference.

Glastonbury very close to me. I'm only a short hop to Bath and West showground, so probably taking Morgan to the Classic and Restoration show tomorrow. Not strictly a classic, but looks older than my 28 year old Porsche.

Cheers for the welcome.

Managed at the weekend to get to the Classic Restoration Show at Bath & West showground in the Mog. Nice to meet a fellow TM member but already forgotten names, but nice '62 Le Mans.

Also saw a nice green Morgan, unusually had no bonnet vents. Something I keep noticing as mine has only got a few vents like the Runabout model.

Show itself was pretty good and for a fiver entry you can't go wrong. Will head to NEC on Friday but not sure if to take the Mog or something else

Comparing louvers already…… Don’t go down that road hide

There are quite a few 2005/6/7 cars around with full side louvers but only partial top louvers. Full/partial top louvers were a build option during that period I believe. You have a very special Morgan that won’t let the rain water into the engine compartment smile

Could have been older car. Mynfriend has a 69 with no louvres.
Looks nice actually.
