The fact that it's gone to ebay suggests that other attempts to sell at this or a higher price have come to nothing...
Outer colour is ok - though a bit marmite, and the interior is somewhat confused being cream seats with black dash and door inserts? Why - surely 1 or the other or '2 tone' on seats doors at a push, but this just looks well, odd..
Still gutted I can't afford it though.. I think Rich, its only on eBay as an advert. There is no auction, its just another outlet that people use to search for vehicles. I like the colour combo but agree with you and another in that its a shame about the contrasting interior. I would like a shot.......

In normal circumstances I don't like Red cars, old stories about policeman and pool, but this is a pretty thing, a very pretty thing. Pity that poor cop sitting on the side of the road: "when is a blue car with a white stripe and the number 5 emblazoned on it going to come past so that I can 'win' my game of car pool"

I like the colour combo but agree with you and another in that its a shame about the contrasting interior.

Without sounding like sour grapes I`ve always wondered why people pay so much attention to the outward appearance of a car other than design admiration. As the owner driver of a car its the "feel" and general drive which have always appealed to me. Give me a "demanding" classic car drive for fun and enjoyment every time.

I would like a shot....... agree it is just an ad, but if you are advertising this on ebay then that says to me that you have exhausted the traditional sales channels that are far more likely to get a result (IMHO) for this class of car. On the basis of the marmite colours i don't see this selling at the same price the dick lovett max was advertised at for several months when that car was a better colour combo...

The motors section has never really taken off like it has in the US where it is very much a legitimate and well-used market for luxury/rare/classic cars. Maybe the UK site is changing somewhat.
