I do remember having a fairly low opinion of the cars of that time until a college friend took me out in a Maxi 1750SS on it's hyrdo-failure-in-waiting suspension down a twisty backroad. It went and stuck incredibly well. I was stunned so much I forgot to scream all the way down.
I had a Dolly Sprint and with the exception of the engine it was a total mix up. Loved the interior. Loved the driving experience. They clearly forgot to fit brakes.
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

That's peanuts to them just look at the absolutely massive investment he is making in production of battery plant in the States. He is looking way down the line with his investments and infrastructure, he is one cute bunny Elon he is way out front of the curve.

I hired a Maxi back in the day from Kenning's in Norwich to get to Glasgow and couldn't believe how well it handled and went.

This single concept - that of a long-term vision and having a strategy to achieve it - always marks out successful enterprises. Look at Amazon for another example. Far too many organisations are focused on the ultra short-term: next quarter, next year.

One of my favourites was a Land Crab. I had one of those once. Comfortable on motorway and went round roundabouts like a mini. Brilliant but AWFUL steering wheel angle. Nick
