Chaps, Has anyone else received a letter from the factory extolling the virtues of a works service? I wonder how the dealers feel about this, especially with all the plaudits we all bestow upon the likes of Krazy Horse, BHM etc. ( Other dealers are available )

The factory would have no idea that I'm an owner as they've never attempted to take my details when I've bought spares there.
