Hi All,

Just purchased my 1st morgan plus 4 a 1991 connaught green model, the paintwork is a little tired but not poor just needs some elbow grease, my question is can anyone recomend some good products for this.

We've all got our favourites eg Autoglym, Meguiars, Zymol, Swiss etc and it then goes into issues such as 'do I use a clay bar or not?'.

I use 'Autoglym' resin polish and finish with a coat of the 'extra shine'
(the one in the bottle with a gold label.)

If you go here you will find more about the art of washing cars then any sane man could want. Search for Morgan and there are 3 articles on how and what products people have used on their cars.

Like all enthusiasts, terminology and products can get quite esoteric.

But as a starter, wash the car using the two buckets method (look at the above site) Clay the car, and then use Good ol' Autoglym Super Resin Polish, An excellent swirl filler, but very mild abrasive.

Whatever you do don't use T-Cut.

ask a professional detailer to do it,
you'll be stunned by his achievements,
