It's easy enough to redistribute and for this reason far better that it is not taxed especially if you "gift aid" it in your own or your wife's name  . p.s. That hamper of individual Walnut Whips is sounding very tempting  .

Mine goes on a hamper of individually wrapped walnut whips.  Mine just goes.

I have mixed views about giving everyone over a set age £200, some need it very much, some don't.
Surely more to those in real need would be better.
Mine goes to Age UK.
I believe the CEO of Age UK took a salary of £200T last year (happy to be corrected) not including pension contribs or other remuneration. Why not cut out the middle man Peter and send it straight to me..... I'm fully aged! Nick
