I cannot honestly say Ian. As I said, I am unfamiliar with the ARP4 setup. Having said this, the ARP4 uses a different handbrake to the traditional fly-off handbrake.
Who knows but I can't believe that Morgan simply overlooked the lack of effectiveness in the handbrake operation.
