Michael, it has the following message on their site - it could be that they only look at the emails once a day during stock taking.

I only checked the site a short while ago - well you can't have your Christmas presents in danger. I expect they will want to make the best of the Christmas rush too and will soon reply, I certainly hope so for you.

Got a mail today from Nick who is helping Rob now that his wife is not well.
I hope for best for them and my own christmas present will arrive before christmas.
