I would suspect that for engine/gearbox, you could get the info. from Ford. As for the other "oily bits", they are either pretty robust ( back axle ) or visible and maintainable e.g. the front suspension.
Failing that, it never hurts too much to visit your local dealer, they know all about the cars. smile
