Sorry for bad technical English...
Driver door have free play. Part of the free play come from the hinge pin (ok not a problem)
But I tighten the screw on door pillar and discovered that 3 of the 6 can't be tighen: I think there is a metal insert in wood that turn with the screw :-/ (They are metal screw not wood ones)
Wood pillar looks OK I think I just need bigger inserts (or glue actual ones?)
Any comment, pic or links warmly welcome to understand how this area is made and what solution could be.
First on the list of my winter jobs !
Thanks !!

You can find a lot of information on the GOMOG website.
Peter J has posted some photo's here on TM in the section "Classic Morgans", "Bright Hinges Anyone?" (from 26/03/2014)

Thanks !! There is metal plate in back of the hinge post. Remove interior to gain access Could also be a plate in the door. Remove door covering to gain access. In My case I broke the machine screws trying to remove them. They are 3/16". 3/8 SAE wrench. I had a machinist ream the hinge and make pins that fit. Shim behind the hinge plate to get door to fit properly.
