 uses an inflatable cushion with a very small amount of air in it. Works for her. Also, I spoke to Allon White about her issues with long runs in the Morgan and they have a comfort seat conversion. Apparently, Morgan now use a moulded foam for the seats. Allon White’s option replaces this with cut foam which makes the seats softer and more comfortable. We have yet to investigate this properly as, at the price quoted, I would want to try a car with this option installed before ordering. If it works for you it is a lot cheaper than the SSL rear suspension conversion.

I suffered from lower back pain in my twentys but found that going to the gym five days a week (as I still do) cured it. Having said that, as soon as those life like robo dolls become available on the NHS - sod the gym

That is just wrong on any level Were you thinking of taking one to a multi-storey car park, then? No, they look inflammable to me ... Certainly blow up in the Liverpool Echo Arena Car Park! Incidentally, not had confirmed but heard today that apparently 2/3rds of the 1400 vehicles melted in the car park were/are insured by NFU. Quite possible as they are big on Farmer’s insurers, horses etc. One of our cars is insured with them so guess they’re feel8ng a tad uncomfortable at the cost of paying out for 1000 cars and 2/3rds of a multi storey car park even with reserves.

Reading the thread on ground clearance also got me thinking they could come in very handy if you had a (tyre) puncture. Simply deflate them slighty, slide them under the running board and pump them up (without getting arrested). Change the wheel and place her back in the passenger seat. Whereas no doubt would be complaining all the way home.

That is a big hit Roger, I guess a lot of the risk is layed off though.
