I watched the first two episodes and really enjoyed the story. Gail hated the graphic violent scenes.

SWMBO kept looking away - proof of content!
Very well written, filmed and produced IMO.
Felt a tad like Leon ( RIP ) and June off Gogglebox when Leon says " they should not be doing this".

Yes - the Minaturist was simply outstanding TV Drama 10/10.

Yes I would guess v expensive to make.
But they will sell it all over the world so highly profitable as well.
