Yesterday evening I have been informed by my dealer that the production of my Plus 4 has started in the afternoon.

So if anyone is going to visit the factory within the next 3 weeks I would be very happy about photos camera

Please look for a Plus 4 with the order number 101801, Dealer: Morgan Austria, LHD, no spare wheel, painted dash, colour sand, tan leather and brown easy up hood (detailed spec).

I am going to visit the factory in week 6 but by then the Mog will be almost finished.

It’s a great thing to see your car being built and to speak to the people building it. We saw ours just before it went into paint. Sounds like you have a distinctive colour scheme there.

Jon,

thank you for your willingness to look for "my" Plus 4 and take pictures!

The 26th will be day 10 of the production. I would expect the car in the paint shop. If so, it might be difficult to spot it.

It’s a pity you can’t get to the factory to see the build yourself. I went to see mine being built and managed to sign the ash frame with a felt tip pen provided by the photographer. A bit childish but it had to be done!

Not so easy from Austria!
I managed to get down quite a lot and had my photo taken by the build book photographer.
I was also lucky in seeing the body being taken off the shelf and fitted to the chassis. Great times.

The problem is not the distance but the professional obligations. We will travel to Malvern but that is only in the week of Feb. 5th possible and there the +4 will almost be finished.

Just a pity that ink from a felt tip pen rots ash so quickly

So what’s it like having an off-the-shelf Morgan Dave?
