The pricing has been surprisingly cut throat. I do hope that those who placed an early order with BHM for the signing day will honour that commitment! Especially since Sarah is organising refreshments for the buyers. I know you are Richard!!  Just need a welcome distraction right now - I'll pass on my read copy and keep the signed one pristine!

Thanks Richard. It has to be said that your dealer fax really set the scene. Without that information, the foundations would have been much shakier. Its all about gathering evidence!!!!
And Steve did a fantastic job on the foreword.......
