When in the US some time back I came across a Puma outlet store (think end of line discount) selling the BMW Motorsport shoes very cheaply. https://eu.puma.com/uk/en/pd/bmw-motorsport-future-cat-trainers/4057827692327.html They are very nice, not in the Piloti grade but flexible with support and quite well cut. In the blue colour they are quite subtle, just what you need driving an Aero Coupe with Sidepipes, subtlety. I think I paid about $60.
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

Sports Direct has an enormous stock of shoes, many of which would be perfect for driving, many are the Piloti style. Go and see. I had a look in there yesterday and there were some leather trainers in a reasonably-appropriate shade of brown that might just work. Thanks for the info.

Found a pair on Amazon just ordered them got no beige ones left only blue . But who is going to see them down in the footwell.

I have several pairs of barefoot shoes - Vivo Barefoot for example. They have nice thin soles which work well when driving. New Balance, Merrel & others have produced barefoot trainers. & they're good for your back (when you get out of the car & stand up!) Will

Shoes arrived fantastic soles for grip great fit for my feet and the full shoe is very very flexible . You can almost fold them up and put them in your pocket . Looking forward to giving them a try in the mog when its sorted out, only 37/- at Amazon and thats with postage included . I was prepared to pay a good bit more.
