Something is very wrong. Even my first - and weakest - exhausts lasted 500 kms. (full recap, up to January, HERE ) I don't know what to say. My "mariocp" or "Car #33 edition" exhausts are still mounted on the car, since January have made another 1000 kms (not using the M3W as much as I should lately) and still not showing signs of cracking.

I had high hopes for the #18 fix. I have the factory fix on my #42. I don't have many miles with that fix, maybe 500, and I'm still hoping it holds up.

An update on Brooklands #18 fix. The exhausts were taken back to Custom Chrome for re-welding. They used plenty of weld and the exhausts have now done 1000s more miles without problem. One of the issues with the original pipes seems to be the material thickness - 1mm from memory.
